The Hem House was founded by fashion designer Dillon Hayes, whose career began in London’s competitive fashion scene. After earning two fashion degrees and gaining experience across high-end womenswear, streetwear, and made-to-measure design, Dillon returned to Canada with a vision: to bring world-class craftsmanship to the heart of Kamloops.
At The Hem House, we offer more than just alterations — we create transformation. Whether it’s refining the fit of your favourite wardrobe staples, tailoring a one-of-a-kind wedding look, or bringing a custom design to life, our work is rooted in precision, style, and personal expression.

Had a last minute hem I needed for my pants. Dillon was able to get to them right away and still took the time to check the fit of my whole suit. Pants fit great now and his advice was bang on and much appreciated. Highly recommend!
